Membot® is intended for use by adults of at least 18 years old.

Membot® and its companion app, Membot Programmer, are products of Uno International Ltd. You use Membot® at your own risk. The company does not take responsibility for any faults or consequences that arise from misuse of the device or app, such as malfunction arising from low battery power or damage to the device.

As with all electronic devices, avoid exposing Membot® to direct sunlight, as extreme temperatures may affect its performance.

In those events that Membot® is used as reminder for medication or treatment, users must ensure that any medication or treatments associated with Membot® reminders are used as prescribed. Uno International Ltd., including its directors and employees, is not liable for any malfunction of the reminder device or for the failure of users to adhere to their prescribed medication or treatment, regardless of the cause.

Uno International Ltd. and its associates are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages (including loss of profit), costs, expenses, or claims for compensation related to the use of the device, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. The maximum liability under or related to the contract is limited to the price of the product, unless otherwise stated. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights.

If Uno International Ltd. experiences delays or fails to meet obligations related to your order due to factors beyond their reasonable control, they will not be liable or considered in breach of contract. This does not affect your statutory rights.
